We strive to make wigs the hottest accessory on the block! We’ve seen how wigs can transform confidence and unite our community, and boy, are we fired up to smash those pesky stigmas and lead the charge to make wigs a daily must-have!

We are excited for more wig brands to open here in the United States! If you want to start your own brand, please reach out! If youve got the GRIT, you can totally do this! When we announced the launch of Lox, some brands unleashed a tsunami of negativity. Publicly a smear campaign of false info against our founders, and privately punishing their own affiliates for being supportive of us. There were 2 brands that were incredibly helpful and encouraging, Nels Wigs and JbExtension.
We want to be a brand that lifts and empowers people, and THAT will be our focus. We get all of our wigs BRAND NEW from manufacturers. Were working hard to build quality relationships and trust with these manufacturers. Once we build that bond, we’ll start customizing right from the source! For now, we’re hand-crafting those beauties with the help of licensed hairstylists.

RETURNS
As a start up company, we are finalizing and fine tuning our processes. but for now, all sales are final. As we grow, we would love to have a returns department that can intake, process, disinfect, and complete returns in a timely manner.
Knowing people will miss out of styles that sell out, and other people receiving styles that don't work for them. there's an opportunity here. We have created a Buy, Sell, Trade group for this community. Likely, if you purchased a wig and you don't want it for whatever reason, offer it up in our BST group on Facebook. We will verify your purchase in the group & would love honest feedback. After it sells and ships we'd be happy give you a discount on your next purchase.
